How Does It Work?

Every week for 12 weeks, you and your team of executives will meet for one hour with an AddingZEROS facilitator.

Over these 12 weeks, you and your facilitator will determine how your company performs in each of the Five Disciplines. At the end of the program, you will have a clear and actionable plan that will have measurable impact on the success of your business.

In between your weekly onsite sessions:

  • You’ll do written exercises.
  • You’ll review lessons.
  • You’ll watch short educational videos on every aspect of the discipline and prepare questions for discussion for the next session.
  • You’ll seek input from your team on specific topics.
  • You’ll create a framework where the entire company can contribute to this discipline going forward.

We will discuss your business in depth, and how to apply each of the Five Disciplines of Strategy, Business Development, People, Execution and Mission – or where each is lacking in your organization. You will make decisions regarding actions and discipline that you will practice in your organization.

We will explore the mindsets that drive us ahead, and the mindsets that prevent us from succeeding as we should. We’ll cover big-picture mindsets, mindsets for personal growth and the fundamental mindset of creating organizational habits.

Under the guidance of your AddingZEROS facilitator, you will create a plan that ensures that your organization will continue this process well after our time together is over. You will discover how to develop habits that are the hallmark of a company that is highly disciplined.

This is especially valuable to the proactive and growth-minded CEO, since it will give you a guide for implementing these 5 Disciplines to achieve maximum growth in all areas of the company.
  • You will receive access to 12 videos in which AddingZEROS CEO Monte Wyatt explores an aspect of each of the Five Disciplines and provides a framework for creating action steps to move the discipline forward and keep it active in the organization.
  • You will have 12 weekly one-hour sessions onsite with a trained facilitator with deep experience in executive coaching, who will guide you through new information and new disciplines, so that you can take your skills to the next level.
  • You will receive weekly worksheets that will help you record, categorize and remember the work you do with your colleagues and in your discussions.
  • You’ll be given exercises to help with the decision-making regarding the Five Disciplines and the methods for creating the steps that will help you instill this discipline in your organization.
